As the Key Account Manager I recently had to mobilise a large number of engineers in a very short timescale following a large contract award. Having initially engaged TXM Recruitment I was really impressed by the speed at which TXM reacted and in particular how well Adam Knight responded to my requests. They took time to understand my needs as a customer and also understand the caliber of engineer I was looking for. They quickly set up a number of interviews in various locations around the UK producing good quality candidates that achieved around a 70-80% hit rate in terms of sending the right candidates that I subsequently employed. Since the start of our project, Matt has been a star in driving the recruitment forward.  We have been operating with tight timescales and needed to have a workforce in place as soon as possible.  In this time, Matt has been instrumental in finding the candidates, helping us quickly pick up on issues and manage the candidates.
