Following the completion of his University degree, Neil started his career life as a Commercial Engineer with GE Energy; before embarking on a career in Energy recruitment. Neil has since led a progressive career and worked on some of the largest Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy projects globally, working as a dedicated partner for companies who required recruitment support throughout the entire project lifecycle. Neil has held Senior Management positions for multi-national energy recruitment companies having also lived and worked in North America.

​Ben Edwards is TXM Recruit’s Principal Recruitment Consultant working within the Energy sector. Ben has 14 years global recruitment experience placing permanent and contract technical personnel into the energy and technology sectors. Ben has experience working globally with a broad range of corporate senior management and technical engineering specialists, principally within Solar PV and storage, covering Development (Greenfield and Brownfield/Acquisition), EPC/Installation through to Asset Management/O&M.
