Providing metering services across the UK, this client manages a high volume of meter readers throughout the UK. Having managed this internally, the client began to experience recruitment challenges with resourcing and retaining reliable candidates.

TXM Recruit initially worked with the client to support resourcing for a project which then evolved to managing the entire recruitment process for the meter reading team, taking care of qualifying candidates, arranging interviews and payroll.

TXM Recruit supported a client who specialises in Anaerobic Digestion, with the placement of two engineers at their waste to energy facilities in Wales who were required to complete maintenance and repair of pumps, valves and high pressure pipework.

Working across two sites situated within a sparsely populated location, the client was looking for candidates with the right skillset who were also willing to travel or even relocate to the area.

Assigned a specialist engineering recruitment consultant, TXM understood the technical specifications of the roles and began to contact candidates who previously worked in the marine industry and had experience on similar equipment within boiler rooms / water treatment. These candidates were the perfect match and were successfully placed within 16 days from the job brief.
