Case Study: Supplying key workers during pandemic

As the UK went into lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this supermarket brand needed to be fully operational within each distribution centre, requiring temporary recruitment support to meet consumer demands and cover sick leave.

Placing skilled quality candidates was crucial. TXM Recruit understood the urgency of the roles and skillsets required.

In order to eliminate the risk of spreading the virus during the recruitment process, the team identified three candidates per role who were initially screened with a telephone interview. TXM Recruit then arranged COVID-secure face-to-face interviews with the relevant hiring manager.

TXM Recruit provided safety guidance and support to ensure candidates worked safely within their designated working environments.

Case Study: Recruiting a high volume of Contract Engineers

This leading energy and services company was awarded a 5-year contract with Transport for London, delivering maintenance services across 500 locations. The client was under pressure to TUPE and onboard 150 highly skilled contract engineers within a tight deadline whilst ensuring 100% compliance was met throughout the recruitment process.

Managed by a dedicated account team, TXM Recruit developed a clear recruitment strategy which provided greater visibility and control of agency spend. TXM Recruit engaged with engineers via targeted workshops, followed by ongoing support to the contractor workforce, hosting regular onsite surgery sessions, recording contractor feedback and sharing data with the client as well as managing all payroll in-house.
