The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
- Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
- Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift.
- On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
- Salary - £41,209/Yr.
- Location – Liverpool, Warrington, Chester
- Extra – Overtime available.
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms
- Splits, VRF and more.
- You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
- Full UK License – 6 points max.
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
- Smartphone and PDA supplied.
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH
