TXM Recruit has recently launched ‘The Xceptional Club’, a 12-month learning and development programme for future leaders of the business.
The Xceptional Club has been designed as a fast-track career progression plan for Recruitment Consultants, incorporating a series of training courses to enhance Business, People and Leadership skills as well as participate in team building exercises, and work strategically with all members of TXM Recruit’s Exec Team.
James Wall, Managing Director of TXM Recruit comments: “Since the inception of the business in 2005, TXM Recruit has produced exceptional leaders. As our business has grown and expanded over the years, the need to produce and support more Xceptional leaders is evidently clear. This programme has been designed for both the business and people to excel and continue to grow.”
This year the following Xtra Milers have been chosen to participate: Matt Bees, James Powell, Jacob Seward, Feli Shallow, and Charlie Webster.
James continues: “I am delighted with our dedicated Learning and Development team and am proud of the comprehensive and world-class programme that has been compiled. Our inaugural intake of ‘rising stars’ have all earned and deserve their place in the club and I look forward to seeing them thrive and develop as people and Xceptional leaders.”
At the end of the 12 months, each member of The Xceptional Club will graduate and will become an integral part of the business’s growth strategy.
Recruitment Consultant Matt Bees comments: “Being chosen to be part of The Xceptional Club makes me proud to be part of TXM Recruit. I am really looking forward learning more about leadership and the business side of things.”
