Chelsea Hope is one of TXM Recruit’s rising stars and is loving being a part of one of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment agencies.
Chelsea joined TXM Recruit last summer, taking up a role within the Built Environment Division and is aiming high as the company continues to develop and expand.
Working as part of the Utility Team, Chelsea recruits staff for some of the country’s most notable names and has hit the ground running.
“I was recommended by a previous employee and have not looked back since joining TXM Recruit,” she said.
“This is my first full-time job and the industry is very different to those I previously worked in.
“I have really developed and everyone has been fantastic with me, making TXM Recruit a fantastic place to operate.
“The company is expanding all the time, so it is an exciting place to be, and the atmosphere and camaraderie is second to none.
“I am very driven to achieve and feel inspired to go ‘The Xtra Mile’. There is no doubt about the fact this role can be challenging but it certainly brings out the best in you as an individual.”
