TXM Recruit’s Rail Divisional Manager Warren Barry won the hugely acclaimed Most Inspiring Team Leader/Manager award at the 2017 Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards.
After Adam Knight’s success last year for the same award, Barry’s accolade marks consecutive years of TXM Recruit dominance in the Most Inspiring Team Leader/Manager category following Wednesday’s awards evening.
The recruitment company had three individuals shortlisted for awards, including Barry. Tiffany Lau was nominated for Most Inspiring Support Professional, whilst Molly Truby was shortlisted for Most Inspiring Newcomer, and the pair narrowly missed out on their highly competitive respective awards.
Aside from Barry’s triumph, it was a hugely successful evening for TXM Recruit after being shortlisted for eight awards, compared to last year’s five.
Based in Milton Keynes, TXM Recruit were pitted against some of the best organisations in the recruitment industry from the United Kingdom and around the world, and went one step further than last year’s nominations by being shortlisted for eight awards.
“At TXM Recruit we aim to go The Xtra Mile in everything we do, so to be shortlisted across several categories is a huge credit to all our staff for the dedication and passion they put in, every day, every week. It is something they should all be very proud of,” TXM Recruit Managing Director Andrew Midgley explained.
“To be nominated for eight of the 21 awards is fantastic, and to see Warren win the Most Inspiring Team Leader/Manager award and maintain the TXM Recruit success in the category is a phenomenal achievement.
“Also, a huge congratulations to Tiff and Molly on their individual nominations. They thoroughly deserved to be shortlisted and take the plaudits for all their hard work they have shown in the last 12 months and beyond.”
