Do you have experience in the railway industry?
If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who are looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join their team located in London on a 6-month contract basis paying up to £450 per day (outside IR35).
Key Accountabilities:
- Apply asset management strategy and policy.
- Support the development and maintenance of the asset management system.
- Support the development of integrated station plans (ISP) including all maintenance, renewal and enhancement/investment activity and monitor/confirm that they deliver compliant regulatory and business output targets.
- Support the ISO 55001 Asset Management System and annual certification.
- Prepare maintenance renewals and enhancement remits which specify work requirements.
- Contribute to the optimisation the maintenance, renewals and enhancement proposals across the portfolio and co-ordinate with Network Rail and other 3rd party schemes.
- Maintain the Integrated Systems Plan by ensuring that it is updated regularly with scheme status, start and completion dates.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in property asset management ideally in the rail sector
- Ideally Chartered Engineer (Civil/Structural) or Building Surveyor (MCIOB) or equivalent degree level qualification.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance, safety and performance standards relating to stations
- Proven ability to support engineering activity and in preparing and managing business plans
- Broad experience and knowledge of the transport industry.

Hours of Work: Full Time – 5 days per week – Hybrid
