Clear Assured have been working alongside TXM Recruit since 2012, providing valuable guidance and advice to ensure processes - particularly in terms of recruitment and selection - are entirely inclusive.

TXM Group Director Gary Lincoln said: “Our relationship with Clear Assured has developed superbly since 2012 and the work they are doing alongside us is of paramount importance for our industry and TXM Recruit.

“The fundamental reason we have engaged not only with Clear Assured but other organisations is that we are passionate about engaging and encouraging more females and other minorities into our industry sectors.
“We can only achieve this if we have a rich diverse deep talent pool. By engaging with Clear Assured and other groups, we can achieve our objectives.
“The results speak for themselves. We have managed to increase our female engineers into industry by 8% since January 2018 and the percentage of our internal female employees have gone from 27.5% to 45.5% in less than two years.
“These figures are fantastic for the future of our engagement with minority groups and trying to encourage people to approach TXM as either employee or a recruitment provider of choice.”
