TXM Recruit are proud to be continuing to develop their partnership with Clear Assured, as they bid to maximise the company’s target audience and potential reach.

Clear Assured have been working alongside TXM Recruit since 2012, providing valuable guidance and advice to ensure processes - particularly in terms of recruitment and selection - are entirely inclusive. 

The team at TXM Recruit are committed to recruiting the best person for the job, regardless of background or physical capability.

TXM Group Director Gary Lincoln said: “Our relationship with Clear Assured has developed superbly since 2012 and the work they are doing alongside us is of paramount importance for our industry and TXM Recruit.

“The results speak for themselves. We have managed to increase our female engineers into industry by 8% since January 2018 and the percentage of our internal female employees have gone from 27.5% to 45.5% in less than two years. 

“These figures are fantastic for the future of our engagement with minority groups and trying to encourage people to approach TXM as either employee or a recruitment provider of choice.”
