He has spent close to six years in position, having been handed an opportunity to join TXM Recruit by the company’s senior management.
Rob has spoken of how he has been “nurtured” and “guided” to achieve results and develop as a member of the team.
“I initially spent around six months with a much smaller recruitment firm before getting the chance to join such a big name like TXM Recruit,” he said.
“I enquired about any potential opportunities and I got handed one. The rest, as they say, is history.
“The secret to success here is the fact we have the right people in place to take ensure we keep progressing - across the board.
“It is a challenging industry but we all work together. I have been guided and nurtured superbly here.
“I have spent the last four years in the rail sector, though I have spent time building up my knowledge in automotive and built.
“It is all about getting the right people in the right positions and we have that here in abundance.
“Everyone plays their part, and this is a fantastic company to work for and represent.
“We all want to achieve and succeed, and the management team are constantly seeking new ways for us to expand and develop, which is fantastic to see.”
