He continued: “This ethic helps me in the office every day.
“For example, you could have a tough week but then a manager will arrive and reinvigorate you!
“It is great to see our hard work being rewarded as such, with social relaxation time after a hard day’s work.
“It’s these little perks that excite us to come to work every day and keep us motivated.”
Pledge joined TXM Recruit back in March 2014, having previously experienced four years within the industry.
During his time at TXM Recruit, he worked as the Motorsport Account Manager, a position he held for nearly four years before being promoted to a Senior Recruitment Consultant in January 2018.
Pledge claims he owes such an achievement to the “friendly” atmosphere at TXM Recruit.
He said. “Having the ability to speak to senior management and directors as freely as we do is fantastic, especially in increasing your confidence in the workplace.
“To put it loosely ‘all the cards are out on the table’ as it were, so the atmosphere helps inspire what I do in the office.”
Pledge and the team have also enjoyed holidays with each other, including travelling abroad.
He shared. “A few of us had a trip down to the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace, where we attended in fancy dress, which was great fun.
“I have also been away to Barcelona with the team as well as recently coming back from a weekend away in Prague.
“Such experiences bring everyone ‘closer together’ and as a result, our success continues, which is always fantastic to see!”
