Adam is one employee at TXM Recruit who does not require shining armour to gleam.

He shared: “I feel as though we have separated ourselves from our rivals.
“We have a really good blend because we have recruiters that have had experience in their job and others who have not.
“But their understanding is really good because the consultant who sits next to the ‘expert’ is able to ask any questions about the job specification and gain answers instantly.
“This helps produce a great blend in the team as we are up to date with the information.
“It also enables us to assist the candidate, providing them the necessary support to succeed in their role.
"For example, if a client wants 5 electricians, I would hand the roles to my electrical team who have actually worked on site as electricians, after which they thoroughly screen prospective candidates to a high standard detailing the role, responsibilities and the challenges.
"Having this experience at our disposal has really seen our retention rate of candidates improve year on year.
“We are on hand to resolve such matters and this enables us to offer better support.
