TXM Recruit News
“TXM Recruit is like working with a family.” Claims TXM Recruitment Consultant Ben Grant.
He continued: “I get on really well with my fellow staff members. All of the senior staff treat us with the upmost respect and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at TXM Recruit.”
Grant began his time with TXM Recruit back in August 2014. This followed a 10 year stint with Milton Keynes Dons Football Club, where he was a footballing apprentice before departing in June 2014 to pursue his career in Recruitment.
On joining TXM, Grant suggests this is the place for him to enjoy his professional future.
“I would like to improve myself within TXM Recruit indefinitely.” Grant stated.
“I am not looking anywhere outside this company at all. I have worked from completing an apprenticeship as a trainee to working my way up to my recruitment consultant role.
“My aim is to be a senior member of staff, such as a team leader or a manager before hopefully achieving the ultimate job of becoming a director.
“In order to do so, I strive to develop myself as my career goes on. I am confident of achieving this because I’m surrounded by some great people and mentors here at TXM that can help me see my dreams come true.”
Grant mentioned how the staff at TXM Recruit treat each other with equal respect and how such an ethic helps develop success.
Speaking of his experiences in the work place, he shared: “No matter what job role you have here, everyone treats each other as an equal.
“We all spend time together outside work, such as going to the pub and watching sport.
“We take part in team bonding events and that stems from Managing Director, Andrew Midgley all the way down to the trainees.
“Everyone here has just slotted in like a ‘family’ perfectly, and by adopting such an ethic, our success continues which is always fantastic to see.”
