As part of our terms of service, and to ensure both you and our customers are kept up to date and informed, we will maintain contact with you throughout your application process and during the tenure of your assignment, if you are engaged on a temporary contract basis through TXM Recruit, and throughout your first year if placed into a Permanent role.
For those working on a temporary/contract assignment If, during the assignment, the client wishes to employ you directly, TXM Recruit will be entitled either to charge the client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client, after which you may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client.
