A leading motorsport manufacturer based in West Sussex are looking for a Works Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Specialising in the motorsport industry, manufacturing both structural and non-structural parts.

Your main role is to continuously improve the facilites to ensure production levels are being met, this will include buying/maintaining plant machinery within budget . This will also involve developing policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities/ Requirements:

• You MUST have 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role- within motorsport/Automotive.
• The ability to continuously improve current machinery processes and facilities.
• A strong understanding of capex P & L to ensure maintenance budgets and facilities improvement budgets are adhered to.
• Good understanding of plant machinery and relevant improvements to be made.
