TXM Recruit are looking for a small team of Window Film Applicators on a permanent basis for an expanding SME client of ours that supply into the Rail Industry.

This is a great opportunity to work for an industry leader in window filming installation specifically in the UK Rail industry.

Role Overview:
The role will comprise of full training on the fitting of an array of different window film types, vinyl application and other livery. During your initial training you will be trained by experienced and skilled technicians equipping you with the right knowledge and skills to progress through the company and receive the industry standard qualifications sought after by companies throughout the UK.

What are the requirements?
No experience is required but being highly motivated flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about quality of work is required. The company will equip you with all the other tools required to succeed.

Working Conditions:
  • Field based role working around Midlands or London with some UK travel 
  • Mix of Days, Lates & Nights across Monday-Friday 
  • Days (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm) , Lates (10am-2pm) , Nights (8pm-4am or 10pm - 6am)
  • PPE, Fuel Card & Mobile Phone is all provided by the company
  • Driving Licence is preferable due to the travel involved

Pay Rate:
From £20,800.00 per year during training with up 25% increase by the end of year one and annual pay reviews based on performance with structured plans to support you in reaching your income potential.
