Due to recent rapid growth within one of our largest key accounts, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven individual to work closely with our existing team to support this growth.

You will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies for a diverse range of positions within rail projects across the nation, to really understand the client and culture to expand the account further.

We’re looking for a hardworking, innovative & motivated consultant who has experience delivering high quality candidates in an RPO or a 180 recruitment environment.

This opportunity falls within our Platinum Accounts team, which specialises in blue collar vacancies for clients in the UK and across Europe. You will manage recruitment campaigns within a skill-short market so being articulate and having attention to detail will help in candidate attraction. Being involved in a small team presents opportunity to receive support and development as well as getting noticed for achievements.
