The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied; you’ll develop strong working relationships with your clients and candidates and have the ability to quickly understand their needs, you’ll gain a strong understanding of your market sector and source candidates via a range of methods including online advertising & CV searching and developing a strong network on professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

You’ll be fully trained to manage your candidates through their recruitment process, aiming for the positive outcome of placing your candidate!
