Stratford, London (2-3 days per week in office)
£100 per day PAYE
We are recruiting for an experienced Talent and Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the talent acquisition and recruitment team at a busy rail company. You will join an established team of passionate recruitment professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Onboarding of new staff members including obtaining references, booking medicals and organising IT equipment
• Providing references for ex-employees
• Managing the recruitment inbox for general queries
• Archiving onboarding profiles via Harbour
• Uploading information and files to internal systems
• Booking new entrants medicals for all functions
You will provide additional support to the hiring managers, talent team and wider business functions as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills
