TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced Stores Operative working for a well-established rolling stock manufacturer on a 6-month rolling contract basis. This role is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. On offer is a Limited Company hourly rate of £16 per hour (days) and £18 per hour (nights). Working 40 hours per week. 

Job requirements:

• Constant checking and stock taking of incoming and outgoing stock and materials. Updating the internal system consistently. 
• Liasing with engineers and technicians to ensure required stock is in-store. 
• Taking control of all stock within the depot. 
• Take into account lead-times for overseas materials. 

Experience:

• Previous experience as a stores operative, stores manager, etc. 
• Must have a forklift license.
