TXM Recruit are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading energy contractors – we are looking for Smart Meter Field Engineers to visit customers at a variety of locations including homes and commercial properties. Working with our enthusiastic Regional Leads you will undertake various Smart Meter support activities using handheld computers, and other equipment as required, to the relevant and current standards for new and existing customers. Completion of site surveys and other supporting administration work is also required.

Full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career opportunity in a rapidly growing Smart industry.

What do I need?

•             Be interested in a customer focussed role

•             A smart and friendly disposition, with a professional approach to work

•             Hold a full UK driving licence (no more than three points)

•             No unspent criminal convictions – we require 5 years’ employment history/references, and you must be willing to undergo DBS/CRB assessment
