TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Site Manager to support a Large Residential Scheme based in Birmingham on a short term contract.

The ideal candidate: 
  • 3+ years Site Management experience in Housing 
  • Must have strong and current experience in running residential schemes 
  • Worked on a range of projects from £5m - £30m
  • Background within a Main Contractor / Housebuilder 
  • Ability to commit to a full time hands on role 
  • Immediately available 
  • Educated to within a relevant field - HND / HNC / Degree
