- Responsible for maximising the Service Department’s profitability in line with the company’s objectives.
- Responsible for the day to day line management and mentoring of the Depot Service Department staff.
- Responsible for the appropriate processes to ensure accurate invoicing to both external and internal customers.
- Responsible for the organisation of the depot workshop and distribution of jobs to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- To deliver a first class customer experience by having detailed product knowledge, following an effective servicing process and displaying excellent customer relationship skills.
- Able to cover the core hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods, along with providing cover at other depots as and when required.
- Competent using standard Microsoft packages to intermediate level.
- Proficient user of Ibcos GOLD system is an advantage.
- Ability to produce, analyse and interpret internal and external reports and data.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- Ability to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email etc.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Exhibit a positive can do attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of, and effectively lead, a team.
- Able to take effective decisive action.
- Upto date knowledge of all franchise products/parts.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the Agricultural Industry along with familiarity with competitor products and activities.
- Good understanding of Marketing and Sales principles.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
