TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Maintenance Service Planner. This individual will be responsible for the planning of maintenance and servicing for engineers throughout the Benelux region.
Responsibilities:
- The efficient organization and planning of maintenance activities in the Benelux.
- Maintaining and promoting good cooperation with the local maintenance team.
- Establishing and maintaining good communication and relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Processing work orders administratively in the appropriate systems in coordination with the Finance department.
- A logistic-administrative background at HBO/MBO level.
- 3 to 6 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within an international working environment.
- A good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written), command of German and/or French (verbal) is an advantage.
- A good command of automated IT systems, experience with SAP is an advantage.
- You are independent, accurate, organised, proactive and solution oriented, anticipate change easily and quickly, are used to working with deadlines and make contact easily.
- Authorization to work in Netherlands.
- Ability to hold a conversation in both spoken and written English.
