TXM are excited to be working alongside a National Housebuilder, who due to continued growth are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their vastly expanding team in Northampton.

  • Our client is a top 10 house builder and they are striving for quality over quantity and are a household name in the industry.
  • Our client is seeking a driven, safety, quality and customer care focused individual with a background in Residential House Building.
  • You will have a number of years experience as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager working on traditional build schemes for a Volume House Building
  • require a Site Manager with a wealth of experience running developments from inception to completion.
  • You will be able to manage programmes, read site drawings, conduct site inductions, lead sub contractor meetings, will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations HBF Standards.
  • Suitable candidates will have a Black / Platinum CSCS Card, SMSTS, First as a minimum and also any other industry recognised qualifications.
