We have a position that has just been opened up for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an established, major house builder in the UK that are rapidly expanding their teams following their continued success in the North West region.

Based in their Lancashire offices, the team are looking for a quantity surveyor that has strong residential experience predominantly working across the new build housing sector including working across a wide range of various different types of house builds.

Compulsory requirements :

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and/or Chartered Member of Professional Organisation (desirable)
  • Experience of working for a volume house builder (essential)
  • Experienced as a Senior QS / QS within an Construction environment
  • Able to confidently manage contractor accounts
