The role in a nutshell:
- Two days a week in the office, the rest WFH or client/site
- Urgent immediate start required
- Projects based in London, Home Counties and further (current furthest is Tamworth, Staffs)
- Sectors covered are Resi (private and public), Office, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Infrastructure, Town Masterplanning
- Project size is £5 - £50m
- Across all RIBA stages
- Current projects to take over are 250 homes site in Kent, a £12m office fit out, a group of seven building alterations (some fit-out/ some alterations, some demo and rebuild), and defects period on a couple of re-cladding projects. A new build project is coming soon
About you:
- Degree in Project Management / Construction or similar
- Chartered or on route for chartership status
- Must be able to run 2-3 large projects concurrently
- Consultant background really preferred
- Immediate start desirable
