TXM Recruit are looking for a Senior HR Professional in an exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier of premier exterior systems to automotive OEM's.

This role will involve:

• Recruitment and Retention
• Attending Trade Union Meetings
• Site Visits
• Weekly HR Meetings
• TUPE
• Contractual Activities
• Payroll Systems
• Training and Development

Requirements:

• Previous HR Manager/Director Experience
• Experience within an Engineering Industry
• CIPD Level 7

This role will be 2-3 days a week and will cover both Derby and Doncaster
