TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to work in Heaton Mersey – Stockport area for one of the UK’s largest and leading M&E Companies. The role will be working Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am – 5pm.

The salary will be up to £30,000 (dependant on experience) (either hourly or can do salary)

As a Senior Administrator, you will be working within Planned Preventative Maintenance working a range of responsibilities that ensures the smooth operation and management of projects within an organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of office administrative systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Managing and coordinating the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Leading, supervising, and evaluating administrative staff to ensure a high level of service and compliance with company policies.
  • Understanding the client’s estate and PPM requirements, ensuring PPM visits are carried out in line with the PPM schedule, and maintaining an audit trail for PPM schedules.
  • Assisting the NicEic QS in ensuring compliance with all current legislation and regulations.
  • Supporting financial management of the practice, including day-to-day accounts, payroll etc.
  • Contributing to practice operation and development, including participating in meetings, providing data for planning and reporting, and assisting in service needs assessment.
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager and assisting with small project paperwork, RAMs, H&S Files, Schedules, etc.

To be successful you will need the below Qualifications/experience:
  • Experience working within FM or M&E sector
  • Experience working as an administrator
  • IT Knowledge
