Role Overview:
Responsible for the day to day running and operation of the Sales Function which includes; agreeing company sales strategy with stakeholders, travelling to customer sites throughout the UK and identifying new areas of business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Sales and Marketing planning
- Arranging meetings and quotes with prospective customers as well as existing customers
- Travel UK wide to customer sites
- Secure new revenue streams
- Account management of existing customers
- Recommend improved systems and solutions to customers
- Gain expert knowledge on company products in order to maximise sales
Role Requirements:
- Marketing skills
- Analytical skills
- Previous Sales experience in a rail environment is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel within the UK as well as overnight stays
