TXM Recruit are excited to announce an opportunity working as a Sales & Project Manager with an innovative and growing Bus company based in Bicester.

This role will give you an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for providing industry finest customer support. As a Sales & Manager, you will work with colleagues across departments to implement solutions that allow our client to continue to achieve the exponential growth which has characterised the organisation.

Our client’s new location in Bicester will act as a world-class aftermarket hub for their operations on the UK mainland.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be given the autonomy to develop novel, scalable solutions to the challenges facing a rapidly expanding business, while also having the benefits of a friendly team with experience across numerous sectors and industries. The right candidate will have demonstrable B2B selling skills, experience developing sustainable processes across departments, and a keen interest in the development of new products.

Key Tasks:
  • Present proposals/costings to Directors and Managers
  • Communicate with customers on various issues both orally and in writing
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Undertake people management in the early stages of new initiatives
  • Production of various reports if/when required.
  • Other relevant duties as required
