Are you an experienced Administrator keen to develop a career in recruitment?!

We have an exciting new opportunity in our Derby based office for a Recruitment Administrator to join us. This is a full time, permanent role and the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting a key client within our manufacturing division as well as providing general administrative and office support to the wider team.

The administration element of the role will involve;

  • Pro-active management of internal CRM system ensuring it's accurate and up to date
  • Providing the manager with data on a daily/weekly & monthly basis
  • Cleansing data by updating records and removing duplicates and outdated information
  • Ensuring new workers are compliant before commencing work
  • Providing our manufacturing division with administration and general office support
  • Act as point of contact for client and candidate enquiries

In addition we are looking for someone with a desire to work within the recruitment industry as ideally this role will envolve taking on responsibility for client interaction and resourcing.  Full training will be provided to support you and the resourcing element includes advertised search, telephone screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews with potential progression into a Recruitment Consultant role.

This is a newly created posiiton with great potential for career development, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence, a highly professional manner, great communication skills and the ability to be highly organised with a great attitude! 

Excellent PC skills are essential and this role does require a full driving licence and own car as there will be some business related travel to our head office and client sites (all fully expensed).
