We have a position that has just been opened up for a residential quantity surveyor with an established, major house builder in the UK that are rapidly expanding their teams following their continued success.

Based in their Stirling office, the team are looking for a quantity surveyor that has strong residential experience including working across a wide range of various different types of house builds.

Compulsory requirement's :

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and/or Chartered Member of Professional Organisation (desirable)
  • Experience of working for a volume house builder 
  • Experienced as a Senior QS / QS within an Construction environment
  • Able to confidently manage contractor accounts
