Job Title: Quantity Surveyor  
Location: Wrexham
Salary: up to £55,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Social Housing to join a dynamic team covering Stoke & Cheshire. The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in overseeing commercials on large retrofit projects, managing a team of surveyors, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Surveyors, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee commercials on large scale projects, ensuring financial success.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Set and achieve targets, motivating individuals to meet and exceed goals.
  • Comfortable pricing large scale tenders and managing the tendering process.
  • Head up a department to manage quote opportunities, debt, and invoicing targets.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to streamline processes.
  • Manage other surveyors on their commercials, without direct involvement in their own projects.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the below knowledge/experience:
  • Essential experience in coding/invoicing using SORs and the ability to build valuations using such methods.
  • Social Housing background of at least 3 years.
  • Qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
  • Solid understanding of CVRs
