TXM Recruit are partnering with a long-established global company who develop and manufacture a broad range of FMCG products. With consistent investment into their manufacturing capabilities and machinery, they are continuing to grow steadily and are searching for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join and make an impact.
This role is working Monday – Friday days. The salary range is dependent on experience, you will also receive a company related performance bonus, enhanced pension contribution, healthcare plan, life assurance and other flexible benefits.
Responsibilities of the role:
- A key responsibility of this role is to inspect incoming components and packaging components according to the relevant specifications.
- Maintaining the line complaint system and then following up to make sure that the complaints are met and then closed.
- Assist in the investigation of all adverse complaints, relating to in-house produced products.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and reporting monthly RFT metrics and KPIs for in-house production, which will then go for helping to drive improvements.
- You will have to ensure that Production adhere to GMP through training, collaboration and inspection.
- Experiences within the Quality or Regulatory environments.
- Good understanding of GMP.
- The ability to work with in a team or individually.
