TXM Recruit are looking for a Procurement Support to work for a leading Supply Chain, Production Solutions business that deal within the Rail industry.

Role Overview:
Effectively transact the operational activities in the Procurement function.


Role Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that key procurement operational activities are processed in a timely manner to ensure materials can be supplied to the company in line with requirements including:
    1. Purchase requisitions & ME59 report (including advance warning reports).
    2. Price queries from suppliers – agreed with the Strategic buyers.
    3. Invoice queries.
    4. Warranty and rejections.
    5. ISO certification for all suppliers and maintain records in SAP.
    6. Interface error management reports; including cable.
  • To effectively manage processes across Procurement and other functional teams including:
    1. New stock introductions.
    2. ECNs/CVs.

Role Requirements:
  • SAP experience is advantageous
  • Previous procurement background
  • IT literate
  • Strong administration skills
