Process Improvement Officer
Southeast
Initial 6 Month Contract


TXM are currently working with a Formula 1 team who are looking to bring in a Process Improvement Officer to work with a number of different business functions, with the overall goal of improving the processes. The aim of the role will be improved efficiency, cost and the time it takes to achieve the goals of the respective departments.

The team are moving from strength to strength at the moment and have focussed on the overall business performance as much as their on-track performance. This role stems from that desire to constantly improve and push the business forward. Initially you will be working with the Teams largest department, working with their 3 key pillars of development (People, Technology & Process). Focussing on process you will be responsible for assessing and identifying areas for improvements, you will then outlay a roadmap and manage this with key stake holders to implement change and continuous improvement.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a background in Process improvement or continuous improvement. All industry backgrounds will be considered but it is important that you are able to adapt your thought process and communication style to different departments including Marketing, Engineering, Commercial and Human Resources. Ideally you will have a demonstrated experience in identifying business process issues and have led several improvement programs through from initial discovery to solution implementation.
