TXM are currently seeking Plumber’s to work in either Domestic or Commercial properties in and around the Ealing area.  The work will be 95% working in commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, retirement homes. This is a permanent position working for a well-known reputable company within the UK.

Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and installing unvented hot water systems (direct and indirect)
  • TMV servicing & installation
  • Monitoring of hot water systems
  • Clean and disinfection of CWSTs
  • Dead leg removal and pipe modification 15mm/22mm/35mm
  • Copper pipe work and fittings using solder ring/compression/press fit
  • Closed Systems Testing / Analysis & Dosing
  • Control of labour on site and check fitter’s work
 
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the plumbing industry
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing
  • Basic understanding of water hygiene
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
  • Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
  • You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stay
  • A full clean Driving License
