Job Title: Plumber
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 + Overtime, Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

We are seeking a Plumber with a strong background in Social Housing with a key focus on responsive maintenance. Within this role, you will carry out all aspects of plumbing, engineering work and deliver plumbing maintenance services to client at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete work sheets after each job
  • Installing Kitchens & Bathrooms
  • Measuring for fitting and listings of required materials
  • Replacing immersion tanks and immersion heaters.
  • Excavating the ground to repair external cold-water supplies and drainage systems.
  • Locating and repairing hot and cold-water bursts.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the below knowledge/experience:
  • Experience in plumbing, repairs, and maintenance
  • NVQ Quals or equivalent
  • Posses and up-to-date unvented hot water systems certificate/licence
