We have some exciting new opportunities working as a pipefitter for one of key rolling stock clients based in Stoke on Trent

As a pipefitter you will be carrying out the below tasks:

  • Braze, silver solder, and use GHD brass fittings
  • fabrication of pipework and making repairs to existing copper pipework.
  • Conversant with pipe thread types, BSP , BSPt , NPT etc
  • Fabricate pipe runs with steel threaded fittings and thread steel pipes
A pipefitter will be on a rate of £21.28ltd per hour.  Standard working week is 37.50 hours and is a mixture of earlies and lates Monday to Friday. An initial 6-month contract leading to 12 months work. This role is inside IR35

Our client is looking for a pipefitter with the below experience:

  • Making soldered copper pipe connections.
  • Time-served in industrial pipefitting is desired.
  • The ability to weld steel pipes
