TXM Recruit are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading rolling stock manufacturing company based in Central London. 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of the weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll for all Service & Maintenance locations
  • Provide advice and guidance in relation to HMRC legislation
  • Manage the pension administration to ensure compliancy as per the Pensions Regulator
  • Support all payroll related matters for Tupe acquisitions
Essential Requirements:
  • Payroll experience to include Year End filing requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong team working skills, able to work collaboratively across the HR function in a multi sited environment
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience working in an outsourced payroll environment
  • Understanding of HR practices
  • CIPP payroll qualifications
  • ADP Payroll / Workday System experience
Role Details:
  • Monday-Friday, standard office hours
  • £17.75/ hour (Umbrella Rate)
