Responsible for:
All activities related to Accounts Payable Function with regards to
relevant company financial information to ensure master data is fully up to date at all times
Main Responsibilities:
- Extraction, manipulation and conversion of raw data into user friendly formats for sharing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Controlling of purchase ledger invoices, including the matching, manual coding and sharing with Accounts Payable Function
- Liaising with new suppliers, existing suppliers and central Accounts Payable Function with regards to relevant company financial information to ensure master data is fully up to date at all times
- Acting as the first point of contact with Accounts Payable team in respect of query resolution
- Assist with stock taking where required
- Support the external audit process in conjunction with the financial accounting team where required
- Ensure compliance with HRE’s financial controls, policies and procedures and the Group’s internal controls standards. Supporting internal audit and J-Sox compliance.
- Business partnering where appropriate
- Other project and ad hoc duties as required
Essential:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills and be able to work as part of a cross-cultural team
- Experience of working in matrix environment with multiple reporting lines
- Experience of Equinox and SAP
