Job Title: Operations Manager   
Location: Leeds Office, covering Yorkshire & Hull
Salary: up to £50,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experience Operations Manager to join a dynamic team in Leeds covering Kitchen & Bathroom programmes across Yorkshire & Hull. A leading Social Housing contractor prides themselves in delivering exceptional service and excellence in project management. If you possess a strong background in Social Housing and have a proven track record in leading successful teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of contract managers/site managers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee large-scale projects from a delivery standpoint, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead QS on branch figures and project performance.
  • Compile and present CVRs and commercials confidently.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Manage departmental aspects including, labour, workload, projections transport, training and Health & Safety.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve collective targets and individual goals.
  • Conduct monthly site visits to ensure Health & Safety compliance and monitor Work in Progress.
 To be successful in this position you will need to have the below Qualifications/experience:
  • Background in Social Housing
  • SMSTS
  • HNC/NVQ in Construction
  • CSCS Card
