Multi Trade Joiner with ref. CS LC MK

Multi Trade Joiner – I am looking for a Multi Trade Joiner to join one of the fastest growing maintenance businesses in the UK.
The Multi Trade Joiner would be working in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas working for a company that have a great retention rate, offer superb career development and really do go above and beyond to develop their staff.
The Multi Trade Joiner will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance with having experience carrying out similar work in a commercial environment. The Multi Trade Joiner will need to have:

Strong customer service skills
Experience in Maintenance
Qualification in joinery/carpentry
Competent across other trades such as decorating, tiling and patch plastering.

The Multi Trade Joiner will have a Van and fuel card, good opportunity for overtime and will be paid travel time after the first 30 mins travelling.
It is very important that the Multi Trade Joiner is able to be flexible as whilst there is not lots of call out or overtime, occasionally like with any reactive contracts there will be occasions that the client needs the Multi Trade Joiner to get to the job regardless of location or time of the day.
42 hours per week.
£26,500.
