Multi Trade Joiner - We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Multi Trade Joiners to join one of the fastest growing maintenance teams in the UK. Ideally, we are looking for someone that also has knowledge and basic ability of other trades i.e. basic Plumbing, plastering etc. The Multi Trade Joiner would be working in Manchester and surrounding areas working for a company that have a great retention rate, offer superb career development and really do go above and beyond to develop their staff.

The Multi Trade Joiner will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance with having experience carrying out similar work in a commercial environment. The Multi Trade Joiner will need to have:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in Maintenance is essential
  • Qualification in joinery/carpentry
  • Competent across other trades such as decorating, tiling and patch plastering.
The Multi Trade Joiner will have a Van and fuel card, good opportunity for overtime to boost their salary.
It is very important that the Multi Trade Joiner is able to be flexible as whilst there is not lots of call out or overtime, occasionally like with any reactive contracts there will be occasions that the client needs the multi trade joiner to get to the job regardless of location or time of the day.

42 hours per week.
£26,500.
