We are looking to start a Multi Skilled Tradesman / Handyman on Monday for one of our valued clients who are a top 5 volume housebuilder.

Its a contract position paying 15.00 P/H LTD.

We would expect the Multi Skilled Tradesman / Handyman to be able to pick up remedial works in finished plots and help out around site on their site in Newark.

Works include :

  • Basic carpentry
  • Kitchen repairs
  • Basic Tiling repairs
  • Mastic and Mastic repairs
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Painting and making good
  • Caulking
The work is ongoing so could well be a fair stint of work for the right candidate if a high standard of work is performed.
