If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with Refrigeration experience to work with our client based in Stevenage. The role is a permanent, paying £45,000 per year with overtime and call outs in addition.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including risk assessment & working safely with equipment
Ability to measure, work to plans, drawing up RAMS, read technical drawings and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate
Diagnose fault-find, debug and commission systems, utilising appropriate technical skills and system knowledge
Monitor and assess ongoing machine/ facility performance, through PPM programme as appropriate, identifying any additional works required
Administer and complete relevant paperwork including FGAS register requirements for all assignments
Take ownership of all refrigeration and associated systems, and ensure all Regulatory items associated with these are compliant including all FGas requirements.
Ensure that all work on PPMs and SSRs are completed and issued and closed down in full compliance with the Equipment Maintenance System.
Planning and scheduling of PPM and SSR works with the Planning Department.
Develop client relationships onsite and ensure client satisfaction at all times.

What we require?

Demonstrable evidence of multi-skilled technical qualifications including refrigeration / F-Gas training.
Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.
A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
Required to be on call as per the specified rota.
You will receive £150 for the week you are on call and if called out physically to site, you will receive 4 hours (minimum) of overtime as per your T&Cs rates.
You will be able to claim mileage to and from home via expenses if called out. This will need to be submitted by your line manger to payroll for processing
