Do you have experience in paint and decorating, carpentry, repairs, and maintenance?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician for a temp to perm position paying £16.35 per hour in London.
About the role:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building fabric components- Fire Doors, Door Locks, Walls, Fixtures etc.
- Painting, Decorating, Tiling and Plastering.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of building fabric elements as needed.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
- Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Working to cover Arriva Rail – Overground stations across London.
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in conducting repairs and replacements of fabric elements.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician (including Van, Fuel Card, PPE and Tools)
Salary: £16.35 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off Day Shifts - 7am - 7pm
