Mobile M and E Engineer with ref. BH-29897-1

TXM have joined forces with one of UK's biggest building services company's and are looking for an experienced mobile mechanical and electrical maintenance engineer to join our clients team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites from Coventry to Warwickshire.

You’ll be the first point of call for all their all their M&E PPMs, reactive maintenance and other general building services. We are looking for somebody with previous experience working as an M&E Engineer or similar. You will enjoy working autonomously and be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.

Salary of £31,234 or £35,919 per annum, depending on experience
Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Van (with option for personal use) and fuel card
Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

Essential Requirements:

HVAC experience
F Gas - Cat 1
Valid UK driver’s license
"On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

Desirable:

18th edition
ISOH working safely qualification
Plumbing experience
Basic fabric skills

Additional Information

On call rota - You will be required to work 1 in 4 weeks

Whilst an HVAC experience is essential, ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well, however, this is not essential and full training will be provided for candidates with HVAC experience and who possess the right attitude.
