These very successful M&E subcontractor are growing with no signs of them slowing down. Due to growth and a full workbook for 2018 they have an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical estimator to join their successful team based in Northampton.
Reporting into the Director, this is a hands on role and it will see you responsible for production tenders for both predesigned and design & construction projects. This role will see you breakdown client's enquiries and prepare detailed mechanical estimates and tenders.
With your expert knowledge and relevant industry experience you will help develop and refine the estimation process efficiency and accuracy while reducing costs. The job values will be up to £1million and you will need to have experience in, domestic installs, sanitary wear and Air conditioning take off and pricing
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a Mechanical Estimating role
Understand and interpret technical works Scope
Strong interpersonal skills
